Data collected and purposes
The demo request form collects full name, email, phone (optional) and type of business. This data is used only to contact you to organise the demo and answer your questions. The legal basis is consent, which you give with the checkbox in the form.
Browsing the site collects no personal data: the site uses no analytics or profiling tools.
Retention and recipients
Demo request data is kept for 12 months after the last contact, then deleted. It is not shared with third parties. The systems hosting it are located in the European Union.
Your rights
You can ask at any time for access, rectification, deletion of your data or withdrawal of consent by writing to habit@websoul.studio. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (Garante).
