Shared calendar
A week with every calendar, or a day with one column per person. Appointments take the colour of who runs them and the code of their type. Closing hours are hatched, not blocked: an appointment outside hours still shows.

Bookings from your website
A widget for everything that can be booked, with its type, duration, host and time slots that repeat every week. The public page is embedded in your website with an iframe.

Email confirmations and reminders
Every booking receives a confirmation with the .ics event to add to the calendar and a link to cancel. Then up to two reminders, with the notice you decide for each widget.

Staff, roles and reports
Admin, front desk and staff. Every person has their colour in the calendar and their monthly report: appointments, hours and types. Plus a read-only personal calendar to subscribe to on Apple, Google or Outlook.
